By creating an account or using any UTRUSTINVESTMENT service ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, you may not use the Service.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering binding contracts. The Service is not offered to residents of jurisdictions where its use would be unlawful.
3. Account Registration & KYC
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information and to keep it updated. We may require identity verification (KYC) before processing deposits, investments, or withdrawals. Submitted documents are stored securely and processed under our Privacy Policy.
4. Deposits, Investments & Plans
All investment plans display a daily rate, duration, and total return. Returns are accrued per your selected plan and reflected in your dashboard in real time. Deposits are credited only after on-chain confirmations or verified payment. Investments are non-cancellable once active.
5. Withdrawals
Withdrawal requests are reviewed within standard processing times. We reserve the right to delay a withdrawal pending KYC, anti-fraud, or compliance checks. Network fees and minimums may apply.
6. Risk Disclosure
Investing involves risk, including loss of capital. Past performance does not guarantee future results. You acknowledge that you are solely responsible for your investment decisions and should consult an independent advisor.
7. Prohibited Use
You may not use the Service for money laundering, terrorist financing, fraud, market manipulation, or any unlawful purpose. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
8. Intellectual Property
All content, branding, and software on the Service is owned by UTRUSTINVESTMENT or its licensors and protected by intellectual property laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, UTRUSTINVESTMENT and its affiliates are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
10. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
